Job description

Feeling like you're managing a caseload instead of doing clinical work?

Seabright Staffing is partnering with a growing, clinician-led ABA clinic in San Leandro, CA built around one idea: BCBAs do their best work when they're actually supported, not just staffed.

What distinguishes this clinic is its truly clinical leadership. With BCBAs at every level, including a CEO who began her career as a Behavior Therapist and rose through the ranks, decisions are made by those who understand your caseload. The culture fosters genuine listening, with leaders adapting based on clinician feedback and welcoming new ideas.

What you'll get

  • $90,000-$97,000 annually, plus realistic monthly bonus potential

  • Typically 25–30 hrs/week, confirmed for your region before you accept.

  • Unlimited referral bonus opportunities

  • Company-wide recognition points redeemable for rewards, swag, or a donation to a cause you care about

  • Medical, dental, vision + 401(k) match, Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

  • PTO accruing from day 1+ paid holidays

  • Flexible weekday scheduling (no required Saturdays), and up to 50% telehealth for your in-home cases

  • A robust onboarding program (60+ hours) in your first 4 weeks covering clinical best practices, data systems, goal writing, CPT codes, and telehealth assessments.

  • CEU support and ongoing professional development (CASP’s full CEU library- 75+ approved courses), 10 CEUs annually via ALP events like our IMPACT Conference and monthly live sessions.

  • Weekly office hours with the Clinical Development Team

  • A clear path to make values-based clinical decisions based entirely on what’s best for your client and family.

What you'll do

  • Guide and support your team. Provide ABA services in a variety of In-home and in-clinic settings. Model strong clinical practice for your Behavior Technicians and coach them so treatment plans are carried out consistently and with fidelity through supervision.

  • Move each client forward. Conduct FBAs and design ABA programs that evolve with the client, pairing ongoing assessment with parent education and hands‑on problem solving, in close collaboration with the broader care team.

  • Demonstrate flexibility. Stay composed and professional, adjust as circumstances shift, and keep looking for ways to grow.

  • Bring energy and openness to the team. Communicate proactively, take initiative, and help create a space where people feel safe sharing ideas and learning from each other.

Support that's built into your day

  • Manageable Caseloads: Every caseload is built using a Caseload Summary Tool - balancing therapy hours, supervision needs, and time‑of‑day scheduling

  • Client intake, recruiting, payroll, HR, billing, credentialing/contracting, and scheduling are handled for you – so you can stay focused on clinical work

  • Study support for BCBA candidates and in‑house RBT courses to help ensure your team is fully prepared.

Growth that actually goes somewhere

  • A clear promotion path from BCBA → Sr. BCBA → Assistant Clinical Director → Clinical Director → Senior Clinical Director. Our BCBA-certified employees average 4.8 years of tenure, 66 have advanced into a BCBA or higher role since January, and 1 in 7 have been here 10+ years.

What you'll need

  • 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as a BCBA within the last 3 years

  • Valid BCBA credential/license, or in process, in state of practice

  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

At Seabright, you will have the opportunity to apply your unique experience and expertise. We offer stimulating and rewarding careers that provide an opportunity to make a difference in a child's life!
