Seabright is partnering with a school district to hire a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year on a contract basis. The role is full-time, serving Pre-K through elementary levels, with a 30+ hour workweek.

You will apply comprehensive behavior analytic services, data-driven planning, and collaborate with staff to implement and monitor interventions in a school-based setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable BCBA experience within the last 3 years.
• Valid BCBA credential/license or in process in state of practice.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Contract BCBA for the 2026-2027 school year in a district setting.
• Full-time schedule for Pre-K to Elementary levels.
• Provide behavior analytic services and data-driven interventions.
