Job summary

MedCare Pediatric in Houston, TX, is seeking a BCBA to lead quality client supervision, provide hands-on intervention, and mentor colleagues as the program grows. You’ll shape treatment plans, supervise BTs and RBTs, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver holistic care.

The role offers full-time clinic hours, opportunities to mentor BATs/BCaBAs, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current Texas license as an LBA and BACB-BCBA certification.
• 2 years of experience as a BCBA preferred.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Mentor BATs and BCaBAs; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
