Job summary

MedCare Pediatric in Houston seeks a BCBA to lead clinical supervision, provide hands-on intervention, and mentor junior staff. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized treatment plans and drive meaningful client outcomes.

You will supervise BTs and RBTs, mentor BATs and BCaBAs, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Texas license as an LBA and BACB-BCBA certification.
• 2 years BCBA experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Role Description

As a BCBA at MedCare, you’ll focus on quality client supervision, hands‑on intervention, and mentorship. Our collaborative team values interdisciplinary input to drive meaningful client outcomes. You'll also have the opportunity to help shape our growing program alongside other disciplines and mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs as you grow in your career.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Current Texas license as an LBA and certified by the BACB as a BCBA
• 2 years of experience as a BCBA preferred
• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care
