Job summary

MedCare Pediatric in Pasadena, TX seeks a BCBA to deliver high‑quality supervision, hands‑on intervention, and mentorship within a collaborative team. You will help shape our growing program alongside other disciplines and mentor BATs and BCaBAs as you advance in your career.

Responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising BTs and RBTs, monitoring progress, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current Texas license as an LBA and BACB certification as a BCBA.
• 2 years of experience as a BCBA preferred.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and RBTs.
• Mentor BATs and BCaBAs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
