Job summary

MedCare Pediatric in Houston seeks a BCBA to lead quality client supervision, hands-on intervention, and mentorship within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.

You will supervise BTs/RBTs, mentor BATs and BCaBAs, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans while contributing to a growing program and one-on-one patient care. Texas LBA license and BCBA certification are required; relocation to Houston is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Active Texas LBA license and BACB BCBA certification.
• 2 years of BCBA experience preferred.
• Ability to conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervision of BTs/RBTs and mentoring BATs/BCaBAs.
• Collaborative, interdisciplinary team approach.
• Full-time Mon–Fri clinic hours; willingness to relocate to Houston, TX.
