Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for school-based work, with per diem or full-time salaried options. You will deliver individualized ABA services in a school setting, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and school teams to promote meaningful progress for students.

The role offers scheduling flexibility for Per Diem and the stability and benefits of Full-Time Salaried employment, with dedicated staff to support your clinical practice and career growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• State licensure where applicable.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.
