Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Per Diem Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized ABA services with flexibility in schedule in California.

Your role focuses on clinical autonomy, collaborating with families and your clinical team while matching cases to your availability. This position offers hybrid/in-person opportunities and supports a balanced workload for meaningful impact on children's development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• Active state licensure where applicable.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation when in-person services are required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to identify client needs and guide treatment.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision, parent training, and ongoing guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and make clinically appropriate programming adjustments.
• Monitor client progress and ensure treatment remains effective and individualized.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure services remain compliant with BACB, payer, HIPAA, and applicable state requirements.
• Deliver ethical, compassionate, and high‑quality ABA services.

Your Impact as a BCBA

As a Per Diem BCBA, you'll provide individualized, evidence‑based ABA services while partnering with families and your clinical team to help each client reach their goals.

What You'll Do

Required Qualifications
