Job summary

Applied ABC is hiring a Per Diem BCBA to deliver individualized ABA services with flexibility and clinical excellence. The role supports in-person or remote work options, backed by a strong clinical support structure including a Staffing Coordinator and Case Manager.

You will work with families to implement data-driven treatment plans and ensure compliance with BACB and HIPAA guidelines. The position emphasizes clinical autonomy, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• State licensure where applicable.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.
