Job summary

Eyas Landing in Chicago, IL seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to deliver ABA therapy across clinic, school, and home settings. You will support children with ASD and related needs, guiding families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA.
• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Active Illinois LBA license through IDFPR.
• Experience providing ABA to children with autism and/or neurodevelopmental differences.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to children and families in clinic, schools, and homes.
• Conduct behavioral assessments.
• Develop evidence-based, individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and ABA students.
• Collaborate daily with occupational, physical, speech therapists, social workers, educators and other team members.
