Job summary

Eyas Landing, Inc. in Chicago, IL is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a multidisciplinary team. This full-time role includes clinic, school, and home-based ABA therapy for children with ASD and related needs.

You will lead behavioral assessments, develop evidence-based intervention plans, supervise RBTs, and coach families while collaborating with therapists and educators to support growth and development.

Qualifications

• BCBA or LBA credential required.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy to children with ASD and related needs.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and mentor ABA students.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in clinic, schools, and homes.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized plans.
• Coach and supervise caregivers and staff, ensuring fidelity to behavior plans.
• Collaborate daily with OT, PT, SLP, social workers, and educators.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst / Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LBA)

Eyas Landing, a leading therapeutic clinic in Chicago, IL is seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL. This is an opportunity to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in both clinic and community settings helping each child's growth.

As a BCBA at Eyas Landing, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs, supporting their cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:

• Providing caregiver coaching and support
• Conducting behavioral assessments
• Developing evidence-based individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
• Supervising and mentoring RBTs and ABA students
• Collaborating daily with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, social workers, educators, and other members of the multidisciplinary team
