The role is fully remote for qualified candidates who reside in North Carolina. You will supervise RBTs, conduct client interviews, design and oversee programs, and perform quarterly

• Must hold BCBA Certification.
• Must Reside in North Carolina.

• Supervise and guide RBTs/Therapists in implementing treatment plans
• Conduct client interviews and prepare individualized treatment reports
• Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Conduct quarterly competency assessments
• Review and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data through Central Reach
