Total Care ABA is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead in-home and clinic-based therapy across North Carolina. This remote role requires active NC residency and BCBA certification, with ongoing supervision of RBTs and therapists, and data-driven program design.
You will conduct client interviews, prepare individualized reports, design skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans, and review quarterly competency data, using Central Reach for data management.
Must hold a current BCBA Certification
Must Reside in North Carolina
Fully Remote
Pay: From $85,000 per year (based of off experience)

Supervise and guide RBTs/Therapists in implementing treatment plans
