Job summary

Total Care ABA, a Georgia-based provider of in-home and clinic ABA therapy, seeks a BCBA for a fully remote role. You will supervise and guide RBTs, conduct client interviews, and design behavior programs while meeting Georgia residency requirements.

As a BCBA, you will review data in Central Reach, oversee competency assessments, and prepare individualized treatment reports, contributing to meaningful outcomes for children and families across the state.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current BCBA Certification.
• Must Reside in Georgia.

• Supervise and guide RBTs/Therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Conduct client interviews and prepare individualized treatment reports.
• Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Conduct quarterly competency assessments.
• Review and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data through Central Reach.
