Total Care ABA in Georgia is seeking a licensed BCBA for remote work to lead treatment programs and supervise RBTs. You will conduct client interviews, prepare individualized reports, and design skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans.
This role requires residency in Georgia, BCBA certification, and a passion for helping children and families. The position offers a competitive salary and extensive support within a fully remote framework.

Supervise and guide RBTs/Therapists in implementing treatment plans
Conduct client interviews and prepare individualized treatment reports
Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
Conduct quarterly competency assessments
Review and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data through Central Reach
