Advanced Therapy Clinic is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Billings, MT. The role includes supervision of BCaBA’s and RBT’s, coordinating ABA services, functional analyses and assessments, and implementing behavior acquisition and reductions procedures.

The ideal candidate will have pediatric ABA experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for helping children and adolescents reach their full potential within an expanding ABA program.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level certification in Behavior Analysis is required.
• Board certification by the National Board is required.
• Must be compliant with state healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of treatment practices and behavior therapy programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BCaBA’s and RBT’s.
• Coordinate and provide ABA services, functional analyses and assessments.
• Lead behavior acquisition and reduction procedures.
• Develop and implement adaptive life skills programs and treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, be creative in their treatment plans, and have excellent communication and leadership skills. The BCBA will be responsible for supervision of our BCaBA’s and RBT’s as well as coordinating and providing services in ABA, functional analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reductions procedures and adaptive life skills.
