Job summary

gpac is seeking a hands-on BCBA to provide direct ABA therapy and to coach Behavior Technicians. The role blends work between a modern clinic and partner schools, with a focus on high-quality client care and achievable caseloads.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification, a master's degree in ABA or related field, and at least two years of ABA experience, along with strong data-analysis and assessment skills to drive individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification or BCBA I consideration if about to take final exam.
  • Master's Degree in ABA, Special Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Enthusiasm for hands-on client work and BT development.
  • Strong coaching and feedback skills.
  • Experience with assessment tools and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct, hands-on ABA therapy and support to clients.
  • Actively coach and develop Behavior Technicians through regular engagement.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans for early learners.
  • Split time between our clinic facility and partner schools.
  • Deliver constructive feedback to team members with kindness and respect.
  • Conduct assessments using VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and other tools.
  • Maintain approximately 100-120 billable hours monthly with balanced scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinic hours: Daytime only, no nights or evenings
