Job summary

Job description

We are seeking a hands-on, energetic BCBA who loves being involved in direct client care. Our ideal candidate is passionate about coaching and developing BTs while maintaining active involvement in client sessions. This role offers a blend of clinic and school-based work, with manageable caseloads that allow for quality care and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct, hands-on ABA therapy and support to clients
  • Actively coach and develop Behavior Technicians through regular engagement
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans for early learners
  • Split time between our modern clinic facility and partner schools
  • Deliver constructive feedback to team members with kindness and respect
  • Conduct assessments using VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and other tools
  • Maintain approximately 100-120 billable hours monthly with balanced scheduling
Schedule
  • Full-time position
  • Clinic hours: Daytime only, no nights or evenings
  • Structured administrative time built into schedule
  • Balanced caseload allowing for quality client care
Qualifications
  • Current BCBA certification or possible consideration for a BCBA I position if about to take final exam
  • Master's Degree in ABA, Special Education, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Enthusiasm for hands-on client work and BT development
  • Strong coaching and feedback skills
  • Experience with assessment tools and data analysis
