We are currently seeking an innovative and enthusiastic BCBA (Clinical Director - job title only) to join our Paired Services team. CSD Paired Services offers services through modalities such as virtual reality, helping clients achieve goals in a fun and efficient way. Be part of this growing team!

Position starts at $90,000-$100,000 per year based on experience, with paid training, growth, and development opportunities.

About The Opportunity

The Clinical Director designs and supervises evidence-based mental health services for children with autism spectrum disorders and similar disabilities in various settings, including home and school.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sessions via modalities like virtual sessions and virtual reality;
• Provide parent education;
• Supervise program implementation;
• Monitor documentation and progress;
• Train staff in the field;
• Educate families on maintaining consistent schedules;
• Communicate policies effectively;
• Complete reports, treatment plans, data sheets, and behavioral support plans;
• Manage daily service appointments and documentation;
• Maintain records and meet billing requirements;
• Support clinical team members through meetings and training;
• Evaluate clinical performance and ensure responsibilities are clear;
• Supervise clinical processes and maintain supervision documentation;
• Coordinate with HR and leadership on administrative matters;
• Stay current with research and trends;
• Attend meetings and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

About You

• Master’s degree in psychology, childhood development, education, pediatric therapy, or related field;
• BCBA credential required;
• At least two years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders;
• Experience managing a full ABA caseload;
• Knowledge of ABA methodologies like ESDM, TEACCH, PECS, PRT, etc.;
• Understanding of IEPs and community resources;
• Culturally sensitive and able to travel as needed;
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, bilingual preferred;
• Discretion and confidentiality;
• Computer proficiency.

Physical Requirements

• Visual focus, sitting, speaking, listening, handling documents, typing, walking, bending, lifting up to 20 pounds, driving.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 plus incentives and stipends.
