Comprehensive training is provided, and Behavior Technicians receive consistent on‑site supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing individualized behavior analysis programming during one‑on‑one (1:1) therapy sessions and, when clinically appropriate, two‑on‑one (2:1) therapy sessions as set forth by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Teach communication, social, motor, play, and daily living (ADL) skills
• Maintain a structured, engaging therapy environment
• Build strong, professional relationships with clients and families
• Collect data and document progress
• Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams
• Maintain RBT certification and QBS Safety‑Care training
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required

• Ability to walk, run, lift, squat, bend, and push/pull up to 30 lbs as needed
