Olive Branch ABA is a growing clinician-led practice seeking a BCBA to join our Midland team. You will conduct assessments, design individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and partner with families while receiving strong mentorship and back-office support.

Based in or near Weslaco or Midland, you’ll shape our clinical program growth, contribute to high-quality care, and advance your career as part of a supportive, women-owned organization.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Texas LBA license (or eligible/in process).
• Texas Medicaid ID.
• Spanish speaking.
• Based in or near Weslaco, TX.
• Pediatric ABA experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and dedication to quality care.
