Olive Branch ABA in Austin, TX is seeking a BCBA to join a growing, clinician-led practice owned by women. You will be supported by leaders who are hands-on and focused on delivering high-quality care.

You will supervise RBTs, design individualized treatment plans, collaborate with families, and help shape the clinical program as the team expands. Your voice matters and growth opportunities are real.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification (in good standing).
• Texas LBA license (or eligible/in process).
• Texas Medicaid ID Preferred.
• Based in or near Austin, TX.
• Pediatric ABA experience.
• Someone who cares deeply about doing this right — and wants their work to truly matter.
