Job summary

Olive Branch ABA is a growing, clinician-led practice inviting BCBAs to join a team that genuinely supports clinicians and families. You’ll design treatment plans and mentor RBTs while helping shape a program that expands in Texas.

You’ll work with a leadership team that values mentorship, hands-on collaboration, and quality clinical work. This is a founding voice role with real growth potential as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Texas LBA license or in process.
• Texas Medicaid ID.
• Spanish speaking.
• Based in or near Midland, TX.
• Pediatric ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and develop RBTs into confident, skilled clinicians.
