Job summary

Olive Branch ABA, a clinician-led and woman-owned practice, is expanding in Midland, TX. You will lead clinical initiatives, mentor RBTs, and partner with families to deliver exceptional pediatric ABA care.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Texas LBA license (or eligible/in process).
• Texas Medicaid ID.
• Based in or near Weslaco, TX.
• Pediatric ABA experience.
• Spanish-speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and develop RBTs into confident, skilled clinicians
• Partner with families so every one of them feels like the only family we have
