Job summary

Bright Achievements is actively seeking BCBA professionals to join our in-home ABA team. This position offers in-person service with flexible scheduling across school and home settings.

The role emphasizes conducting assessments, developing individualized programs, supervising technicians, and training families while maintaining detailed data using Rethink Behavioral Health.

Qualifications

  • Must hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificate in the United States.
  • Master's Degree required.
  • 1+ years of experience.
  • 8 Hour Supervision Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide initial and/or continuing in-home client assessments including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland and AFLS.
  • Conduct functional Behavior Assessments.
  • Develop and create programs for each individual under your caseload.
  • Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in 1:1 ABA services.
  • Plan, manage, and evaluate staff to address behaviors by building functional skill repertoires.
  • Provide ABA training for families in line with Authorization Requirements.
  • Manage electronic data regarding client progress using Rethink Behavioral Health.

We are currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for professionals looking to advance their careers in a supportive and collaborative environment.In-person services are required, with flexible scheduling options available, including daytime, afternoon, and evening hours in both school and home-based settings.

Duties:

  • Provide initial and/or continuing in-home client (re)assessments including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland and AFLS
  • Conduct functional Behavior Assessments
  • Develop and create programs for each individual under your caseload
  • Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services
  • Plan, manage, and evaluate assigned staff in order to properly address behavioral excesses and deficits by building functional skill repertoires
  • Provide ABA training for families in correlation with Authorization Requirements
  • Manage electronic data regarding the client's progress using the system of Rethink Behavioral Health
