A Supervising Clinician at Centria is someone who believes in our core clinical values and respects our clients' values. They practice Applied Behavioral Analysis aligned with our Foundations of Care and provide supervision to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical standards are met.

Our Clinical Leadership emphasizes clinical quality, supported by local leadership, Area Clinical Directors, and Area Vice Presidents. Our Dyad model allows clinicians to focus solely on clinical services, eliminating operational tasks like scheduling.

Expectations
  • Provide clinical oversight ensuring compliance and retention.
  • Manage and train Behavior Technicians.
  • Engage parents and develop child-specific behavior plans.
  • Lead staff orientation, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure team functions are completed effectively.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field per BACB guidelines.
  • Completed or willing to complete an 8-hour supervision course within 30 days.
  • BCBA certification from BACB, in good standing.
  • Active state license, if applicable.
  • At least 1 year experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
  • Previous supervision and crisis management experience are preferred.
Pay and Conditions

Salary ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 plus bonuses. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, with some after-school hours. Work location varies and may include client homes, facilities, or community settings.

Physical Requirements

Ability to handle physically aggressive behaviors, stand, walk, sit, and lift up to 35 lbs. Normal office conditions apply.
