Base pay range

$70.00/hr - $85.00/hr

Hidden Talents ABA is looking for dedicated and intuitive clinicians. We focus on identifying our clients’ unique interests and building on their strengths to create a fun and supportive therapy environment. Come join our team!

We are opening for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) positions. Applicants must have an active BCBA certification and be local or willing to relocate to the Atlanta, GA area.

The BCBA role involves assessment, development, and maintenance of behavior-analytic treatment programs, as well as supervision of technicians. As part of our team, you will help establish best practices, build team culture, and pursue clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS.
  2. Maintain client behavior intervention plans and treatment programs, including graphic analysis and record keeping.
  3. Provide mentorship and clinical supervision to behavior technicians and clients, including monthly meetings.
  4. Complete clinical documentation and reports timely, adhering to company and funding standards.
  5. Collaborate with caregivers to provide training and education on ABA treatment.
  6. Participate in biweekly BCBA Huddles to ensure treatment aligns with best practices.
Required Experience:
  1. Master's Degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
  2. Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
  3. Experience in developing and implementing behavior-analytic programs.
  4. Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle.

Compensation:

$70-85 per hour, full-time hours available.
