Job summary

Rebound Therapies is seeking a highly skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in expanding our ABA program for individuals with autism and related needs. The BCBA will lead assessments, develop BIPs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and providers to ensure comprehensive treatment.

The role emphasizes evidence-based interventions, ongoing progress monitoring, and staying current with ABA research.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a BCBA credential and license through the BACB.
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Solid knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other service providers for a coordinated treatment approach.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to families and caregivers.
  • Stay up to date with the latest ABA research and best practices.
  • All time paid: 65% billable hours during your workweek, 35% non-billable hours.

We at Rebound Therapies are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in expanding our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program to assist individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other neurological/behavioral needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
