Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical services in Rockville, MD. You will conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, and develop behavior intervention plans to support children and families. This role emphasizes ongoing learning, mentorship, and a collaborative clinical culture.

  • Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.

What You'll Do

As a BCBA, you will:

What We’re Looking For
  • Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential.
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with children preferred.
  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Collaborative, team-focused approach.
  • Passion for helping children and families.
