Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a skilled BCBA to lead clinical services for children, providing assessments, treatment plans, and supervision to RBTs. You will collaborate with families and schools, monitor progress, and adjust plans based on data to ensure evidence-based care.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification and BACB credential.
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
  • Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
  • Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
  • Provide caregiver training and support.
  • Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.

What You'll Do

What We’re Looking For
