Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking BCBA clinicians to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise RBTs while partnering with families and schools. The team emphasizes clinical excellence, support, and growth in a collaborative setting.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification, a Master’s in ABA or related field, and experience with children. Flexible scheduling, competitive benefits, and opportunities for leadership are offered.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential.
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with children preferred.
  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
  • Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
  • Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
  • Provide caregiver training and support.
  • Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.

What You'll Do
