Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical services for children and families. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, supervise RBTs, and ensure data-driven treatment decisions. The role emphasizes collaboration with families, schools, and professionals to deliver high-quality care.

Ongoing mentorship, clinical support, and opportunities for growth are provided, with a focus on work-life balance and professional development in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential.
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with children preferred.
  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Collaborative, team-focused approach.
  • Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
  • Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
  • Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
  • Provide caregiver training and support.
  • Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
