Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Bellevue, NE is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs while collaborating with families and schools. You will analyze data, adjust programs, provide caregiver training, and contribute to a collaborative culture with ongoing professional development and competitive benefits.

  • Active BCBA certification and BACB credential.
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Experience working with children is preferred.
  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
  • Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
  • Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
  • Provide caregiver training and support.
  • Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
