Job summary

Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our family‑owned team in Washington. We prioritize work‑life balance, clinical excellence, and meaningful relationships, with a 25‑hour weekly billable expectation to support supervision and growth.

You will conduct FBAs, design BIPs, and provide clinical oversight across center, home, and school settings. You'll supervise RBTs/BTs, collaborate with families and educators, analyze data, and maintain

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field required.
  • Current BCBA certification from BACB required.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment tools, and intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with families and professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; flexible and reliable.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on ABA best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment recommendations.
  • Design, implement, and oversee evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Provide clinical oversight across center-based, home, and school settings as appropriate.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop RBTs and BTs.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals to promote meaningful progress.
  • Analyze treatment data to make informed clinical decisions and ensure positive client outcomes.
  • Complete documentation, treatment updates, and supervision activities as part of your clinical responsibilities.
  • Maintain high standards of clinical quality with ongoing leadership support.
