Perkins School for the Blind is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with multiple disabilities. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in our schools, you will focus on supporting students with multiple disabilities who engage in unsafe or interfering behavior by identifying and conducting function-based interventions that promote safe behavior and skill development. You will conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), create behavior support plans (BSPs), and collect and analyze behavior data. You will also train staff on how to implement behavior programming, and participate in diverse student teams, including teaching staff, related service providers, and families or caregivers.
The following shared salary range is what Perkins reasonably expects, in good faith, to pay for the position. The applicable range could differ based on experience and qualification. $55,523.60-$96,029.42
