The Treetop ABA is seeking a BCBA to provide in-school ABA services to Boston Public Schools students in the Boston, MA area. This part-time, in-person role offers an hourly rate with no billables and no heavy administrative burden.

Join a collaborative team focused on meaningful progress, flexible scheduling, and alignment with BPS calendars. MA LBA and BCBA credentials are required to practice in schools.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Massachusetts LBA license is required.
• Experience in home or school-based settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Through our partnership with Boston Public Schools (BPS), we provide in-school ABA services to students in the Boston, MA area who need extra support to thrive. This role is ideal for a BCBA who values flexibility, meaningful connections, and focused clinical work—without billables, assessments, or administrative overload.
