The Treetop ABA Therapy in Albuquerque, NM seeks a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid center and in-home role. The position offers a competitive base salary with bonuses and remote flexibility.

You will develop and oversee ABA plans, assess progress, supervise RBTs, and work closely with families to generalize skills across home and community settings. Experience in clinic, home, or hybrid models is valued.

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
