Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Boston, MA is seeking a BCBA for an in-school, part-time role under the Boston Public Schools contract. You will deliver in-school ABA services to students, collaborate with school teams and families, and supervise Behavior Technicians.

This daytime, school-hour position offers an hourly rate of $85–$95 with no billables or holiday work and a supportive team culture to help you thrive professionally.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Massachusetts LBA license is required.
• Experience in home or school-based settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration with school teams and families.
