Learning Ladders ABA in Virginia is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role serving children and families. Most work can be done remotely, including supervision of RBTs, parent training, treatment planning and data review.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license.
• Currently credentialed with Virginia Medicaid.
• Willing to perform assessments in person in Virginia.
• Experience with telehealth supervision and parent training.
• Strong documentation skills; Rethink experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments in person and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and support RBTs, in person or by telehealth.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Review data, update treatment plans and complete reassessments.
• Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation.

Pay: Starting at $75 per hour, with room to grow

Location: Virginia - Hybrid (mostly remote, with in-person assessments)

Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available; flexible hours

Requirements:

• Active Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license


• Currently credentialed with Virginia Medicaid (Cardinal Care / managed care plans)


• Willing to perform assessments in person in Virginia


• Experience with telehealth supervision and parent training


• Strong documentation skills (experience with Rethink is a plus)
