Job summary

Total Care ABA in Virginia is seeking a licensed BCBA to supervise RBTs and guide treatment plans across in-home and clinic settings. This role emphasizes collaboration with families and the clinical team to ensure high-quality client care.

As a fully remote position, you must reside in Virginia and be ready to conduct client interviews, design skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, and review data through Central Reach to inform ongoing treatment progress.
