Job summary

Kinfolk ABA in Virginia is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This remote-eligible position offers weekly pay, bonus opportunities, and generous PTO as part of a supportive, growth‑oriented culture.

Responsibilities include developing ABA treatment plans, supervising RBTs, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success. A VA license and BCBA certification are required.
