Overview

Above and Beyond Therapy seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide ABA therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorder across Georgia, Indiana, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Utah. Positions are available on a full‑time or part‑time basis with competitive compensation, signing and relocation bonuses, and a bi‑weekly salary up to $95,000, depending on state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans of care
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians
• Develop positive behavioral and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to each client
• Provide family education and support during conversations to ensure parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
• Graph data, adjust strategies as needed, and provide routine progress summaries
• Model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid BCBA certification
• Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
• Vehicle and valid driver’s license for travel between assignments
• Ability to relocate or reliably commute before starting work
