Storybook ABA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Washington, DC area team. The role focuses on supervising staff, training parents, and designing language, social, and communication programs tailored to each child.

We remove administrative tasks, offer flexible hours, and provide opportunities for bonus pay. Collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams is emphasized to deliver impactful therapy for children with autism and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology or related field required.
• BCBA certification mandatory.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
• Data collection and behavioral techniques essential.
• Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices a plus.
• Excellent communication with clients, families and teams.

Your job at Storybook ABA as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA:

• Conduct Supervision and parent training


• Be in touch with the back office to ensure clear and open communication


• Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.


• Creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans.

Experience needed for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA:

• A minimum of a master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field is required.


• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory.


• Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities, is highly desirable.


• Data collection, and behavioral therapy techniques are essential.


• Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus.


• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
