Storybook ABA in Maryland/ Virginia is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will supervise, train parents, and collaborate with back office to ensure clear communication.

You’ll design, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains, and develop behavior plans. Flexible schedule and pay opportunities reflect our commitment to work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field required.
• BCBA certification mandatory.
• Experience with children, especially autism or developmental disabilities, is desirable.
• Data collection and behavioral therapy techniques are essential.
• Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Your job at Storybook ABA as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA:

• Conduct Supervision and parent training
• Be in touch with the back office to ensure clear and open communication
• Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans.

Experience needed for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA:

• A minimum of a master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory.
• Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities, is highly desirable.
• Data collection, and behavioral therapy techniques are essential.
• Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
