Storybook ABA in Maryland is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead supervision, parent training, and program development across language, social, and communication areas.

This role eliminates administrative tasks and lets you choose your hours, with optional driving and a strong emphasis on collaboration with back office for clear communication, data collection, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• A master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field is required.
• BCBA certification is mandatory.
• Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities is desirable.
• Data collection and behavioral therapy techniques are essential.
• Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, families and teams.

Your job at Storybook ABA as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA:

• Conduct Supervision and parent training


• Be in touch with the back office to ensure clear and open communication


• Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.


• Creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans.

Experience needed for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA:

• A minimum of a master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field is required.


• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory.


• Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities, is highly desirable.


• Data collection, and behavioral therapy techniques are essential.


• Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus.


• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
