Storybook ABA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. We remove administrative tasks and let you choose your hours or driving, with cases aligned to your skill set and comfort zone. All work is software-based (no pen and paper) and bonus opportunities are available.

Join Storybook ABA to start a new chapter, with flexible schedules and opportunities to supervise, train parents, and develop programs across language, social, and communication domains.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory.
• Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities, is highly desirable.
• Data collection, and behavioral therapy techniques are essential.
• Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
