EmergencyMD is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. This role offers a flexible schedule where you can choose your hours and whether to drive. You'll be conducting supervision and parent training, along with creating and implementing behavioral plans.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in behavior analysis or a related field and must be BCBA certified. A competitive hourly pay range of $85.00 to $100.00 is offered, along with benefits such as paid sick time and professional development assistance.

• Creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans

Qualifications

• A minimum of a master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field is required
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory
• Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities, is highly desirable
• Data collection, and behavioral therapy techniques are essential
• Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
