Job summary

Storybook ABA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the team in Maryland/VA. The role focuses on supervision, parent training, and collaborating with back-office staff to ensure clear communication.

You will design, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains. The position requires a Master's in behavior analysis or related field and BCBA certification, with experience with children on the autism spectrum or other

Your job at Storybook ABA as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA:

• Conduct Supervision and parent training
• Be in touch with the back office to ensure clear and open communication
• Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans.

Experience Needed For a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA

• A minimum of a master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory.
• Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities, is highly desirable.
• Data collection, and behavioral therapy techniques are essential.
• Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
