Storybook ABA is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Maryland. You will supervise, train parents, and collaborate with families to support meaningful progress.

You will design, implement, and monitor language, social, and communication programs and behavior plans, while coordinating with the back office to keep operations clear and efficient. We offer flexible hours, a choice of driving, and a focus on aligning cases with your skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification is mandatory.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
• Data collection and behavioral therapy techniques are essential.
• Excellent communication with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory.
• Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities, is highly desirable.
• Data collection, and behavioral therapy techniques are essential.
• Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
