Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. seeks experienced BCBAs to provide ABA services to children with autism across Northern Virginia or Maryland. The role emphasizes ethical, structured care with a supportive team and family training components.

Must hold BCBA certification and Virginia LBA license; schedules are typically Monday–Friday with some weekends and flexible arrangements; compensation includes hourly pay and potential bonuses, with relocation assistance offered.

Responsabilidades

• Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise behavioral assessments and functional assessments.
• Develop individualized goals and behavior support plans based on assessment data.
• Ensure quantifiable data is collected and reviewed to evaluate progress.
• Oversee ongoing programs, conduct regular supervision with technicians, and provide family training as prescribed in ITPs.

We are an Autism therapy organization and is looking to hire career-minded, experienced BCBAs to join our team to provide ABA services to children with autism throughoutNorthern Virginia or Maryland. In this role, you will be required to:

• Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures and functional assessment measures.
• Develop individualized goals and objectives for programs and design behavior support plans based on functional assessment data
• Ensure appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives.
• Be responsible to oversee ongoing individual program, conduct regular supervision meetings with behavior technicians, and also render family training sessions as prescribed in the indiviual treatment plans (ITP)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend as needed
